Two newish coffee spots with great reviews in Tampa
The Tampa Bay region is home to a vibrant craft coffee scene, with established names like Kahwa Coffee and a host of others that have gained recognition far beyond Florida. Now, two new players have entered the game, each with its own unique charm. Get ready to be intrigued by the offerings at Nosey Goat Coffee and Sophia Coffee Shop.

Crepes, coffee and more at the Nosey Goat
Nosey Goat opened in downtown Tampa in mid-September at 212 E Cass Street (the former home of Caffeine Coffee Roasters).
The intimate hub serves coffee, crepes, ice cream, and more pastries. Delectable items have included big stuffed croissants, a crackling chocolate matcha latte, and the viral Dubai chocolate (with a filling made of knafeh and pistachio).

The cafe is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Some recent 5-star reviews have called the French eclairs and berry lemonades must-try items.

Sophia Coffee makes a splash on Dale Mabry
Sophia Coffee Shop (fka Espresso Yourself) is a delight at 5130 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Suite #106.
At Sophia Coffee Shop, the focus is not just on taste but also on presentation. The acai bowl, loaded with fresh berries, is a sight to behold, almost too pretty to eat. The cafe also offers a fabulous caprese sandwich, a taste of Italy in Tampa, and the array of espresso-based drinks that cafe frequenters have come to expect.
Guests have raved about the fruit and Nutella-stuffed croissants, savory breakfast sandwiches, and cinnamon roll latte.
