The family-owned bakery has teamed up with Summit Design + Build to create a new flagship location at the historic Tampa Letter Carriers building (3003 W Cypress Street). Construction is already underway, setting the stage for a transformation that honors the bakery’s legacy while offering fresh updates.
The new location will feature more than just the beloved pastries and breads that have defined Alessi Bakery for generations. Plans include an expanded menu, a coffee bar, and a full liquor bar to enhance the dining experience. Customers can also look forward to upgraded parking and a new outdoor patio for gatherings.
