Tampa Bay Bucs win NFC South and claim the 3 seed in the NFL playoffs

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are again NFC South Champions, marking their fourth consecutive division title. The Bucs locked up the title with a dominant regular-season finish thanks to crucial victories over the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints and back-to-back losses by the Atlanta Falcons.

One of the standout moments came courtesy of (the GOAT) wide receiver Mike Evans, who etched his name in the NFL record books. During the Week 18 matchup against the Saints, Evans made history with an eight-yard reception in the fourth quarter, surpassing 1,000 receiving yards for the season. This remarkable achievement marked the 11th consecutive season Evans has hit that milestone, tying him with the legendary Jerry Rice for the most seasons with 1,000+ receiving yards to start a career.

With the division title secured, the Bucs have now turned their attention to the NFL playoffs. Tampa Bay has secured the three seed in the NFC and will face the Washington Commanders at home in the Wild Card Round next weekend.
