South Beach-inspired luxury hotel opening in Tampa
A new luxury destination is set to make its mark in downtown Tampa. ARC Tampa Development LLC will unveil Hotel ORA + Private Residences, a five-star condominium hotel offering an elevated living experience. The VIP sales gallery launch is scheduled for Wednesday, January 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at 1101 East Jackson Street.
Hotel ORA is the latest high-end development from ARC Realty Group. The project combines 627 luxury hotel suites with 31 exclusive private residences on the upper floors. Each residence features expansive terraces, soaring ceilings, private elevator access, and stunning city views.
A taste of Miami in the heart of Tampa
“We’re bringing a South Beach-inspired, five-star experience to downtown Tampa,” said Luigi Novembre, co-founder and COO of ARC Realty Group. “With its world-class amenities and exceptional design, Hotel ORA will set a new standard for luxury in the city.”
The residences, priced between $640,000 and over $2 million, offer a variety of layouts, including 22 distinct floor plans and eight exclusive penthouses. Every residence includes a private terrace and automatic membership to the Society Club, providing VIP access to private events, upscale dining, special promotions, and exclusive offerings.
A private rooftop retreat with gorgeous pools
Hotel ORA will offer high-end amenities for guests and residents. The private rooftop features an infinity-edge pool with live music, hot tubs, private gazebos, and a poolside bar. For dining, guests can enjoy a 10,000-square-foot, award-winning steakhouse, an upscale lobby bar, and a patisserie. Wellness facilities include a full-service spa and fitness center with separate changing rooms, saunas, and cold plunge tubs.
ARC Realty Group developed Hotel ORA + Private Residences in collaboration with Sunwest Construction and Prosper Group. According to a press release, this partnership aims to redefine luxury living in Tampa.
