Hyde Park Village to host holiday extravaganza and tree lighting
The holiday season is nearly here, and Tampa is gearing up with festive events across the city. Alongside Curtis Hixon Park‘s Winter Village Ybor City’s holiday festivities, Hyde Park Village will host its own Holiday Happening on November 21 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a tree lighting ceremony scheduled for 7 p.m. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will support The Children’s Dream Fund.
This festive gathering promises seasonal magic with live music, aerial and stilt performances, face painting, captivating illusions, and a special visit from Santa.
Seasonal treats and refreshments will be available from Hyde Park Village eateries and local food trucks. For those on the hunt for holiday gifts, Hyde Park’s shops offer an endless selection of unique presents.
